GARHWALI DISH – TIL KI CHUTNEY

Ingredients

  • Sesame seeds/Til – 100gms
  • Fresh Coriander – Handful
  • Mint leaves – 20-25
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies – 4-5
  • Ginger – one small piece
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Lemon – As per taste

Procedure

  • Roast sesame and cumin seeds in low flame for 3-4 minutes.

  • Put all ingredients except lemon in a grinding jar.

  • Grind it by adding water little by little.
  • Chutney is ready.
  • Add lemon just before having chutney.
  • Garnish with mint sprig.
